Our hotel bar, temporarily located in the reception lounge, offers a range of refreshments and snacks.

Sit back, relax, and enjoy the warmth of the fire while you unwind’

Showers

We have a recommended setting for all the showers to ensure they are at a comfortable temperature for all guests.

If you are having issues with getting your shower to turn on, there is a separate switch outside that will control the power – they are the same as the radiators to get the power to them.

All our showers are electric.

Our electric radiators may be switched off at the wall (Pic 1), make sure this is in the on position.

Once this is on, you can adjust the temperature by using the + & -minus -icons. Double tapping the tick, will lock the controls.

PLEASE DO NOT COVER ELECTRIC RADIATORS

In-Case of Emergency

Please take the time to note your nearest emergency exit & follow all signage in the hotel.

Should there be a need to evacuate the hotel, all guests should remain calm & meet outside of the hotel for further instructions from hotel staff.

There will be fire alarm test every Monday at 11.15am

General Hotel Information

All rooms are non-smoking rooms, please use the designated outside areas for smoking.

Grab & Go Breakfast

Continental breakfast available in the reception area from 7am onwards during our renovation works.

Tea & Coffee will be available all day from the reception.

Bar Service

Our temporary bar location is located in the Drawing Room at reception.

Televisions

All our TVs have Freeview Channels.

Should you have any issues, please let our Front Desk know.

Check-Out Time

Check-Out is at 11am, if an early departure is required, we require all bills to be paid the evening before (no cash is accepted for payment).

Online check-out can be completed on your departure date, however you can still check-out with our Front Desk staff.

If you wish to extend your stay, please speak to our Front Desk about a late check out.

Iron & Ironing Boards

These are available from the Front Desk.

We will be more than happy to bring this to your room for you.

Laundry Service

Laundry bags are available& will be in your room.

Most bags will be hanging up in the wardrobe or placed on the top for you to use. If you require more than 1, please come to the Front Desk.

Laundry is £19.00 per bag

We endeavor to make our rooms as comfortable as possible & to make that items are in full function order. Should there be any issues throughout your stay.

Please contact our Front-Desk Team as soon as possible.

Parking

Free parking runs parallel on both sidesfor the street from Union Street junction to the end of the road.

The opposite end of this is all paid parking via RingGo (app can be downloaded or there is a number to call).

Housekeeping

If you wish to not have your room serviced during your stay, please let the Front Desk know if you require any replacement towels, hospitality tray items or rubbish taken away.

Fans

Due to the age of the hotel, we do not have air conditioning in any area of the hotel.
We do have a number of fans available, which can be requested from the Front Desk during your stay with us.

Non-Slip Bath mats

These are available on request from any member of staff, please feel free to ask if one is required for your stay.
